海外でロータリーエバポレーターRE-202-BWAをご使用しているユーザーにお話を伺いました。

■使用用途：化学実験室における廃水サンプルの前処理

排水中の無機リン酸塩をFTIR法で日々最低3回検査していますが、現行の方法では1回あたり40分もの時間が必要で、多大な時間と労力が消費されていました。しかし、RE-202-BWAを前濃縮に使用することで、検査にかかる時間が従来の半分、約15～20分に短縮されました。
設置も非常に簡単でした。本体を昇降させるハンドルジャッキの操作が簡単でスムーズに行えます。
ウォーターバスの加熱も早く、温度が安定しています。研究室のスペースを節約するために、垂直型のコンデンサーを選択しました。
コンデンサーに冷却水を供給するチラーがあれば、給水栓の近くに設置する必要もありません。

With the RE-202-BWA unit for pre-concentration of the sample, testing via FTIR method takes 15-20 minutes. That is half the time of our current method.
I liked how easy it was to put the unit together.  The jack for raising and lowering the unit was very easy and smooth to use. The water bath heats up quickly and remains steady.
We had the condenser in a vertical position to save space in the lab. Having a chiller to supply cold liquid to the condenser coils means it doesn’t need to be close to a water source.
