■あなたの分野で行われた研究について教えてください。

ピュア社 は、生体吸収率を高めるために天然物を使用し、機能性原料の製造に特化したフードテック企業です。 健康機能食品、医薬品の製造を通じて、健康増進に貢献することを目指し、独自の技術で生体吸収率を高めたバイオ・飼料製品を開発しています。

■主にどのような研究にスプレードライヤーを使っていますか？

機能性原料をカプセル化法でコーティングする工程で、メーカーから要求される機能性素材を含むバイオ組成複合体を噴霧乾燥で微粒子にして、サンプルを製薬会社に送ります。

■当社のスプレードライヤーを選ばれた理由をお聞かせください。

直感的で使いやすく、発熱や騒音が少ないので、実験室で使用しても支障ないことが最大の利点です。また、有機溶媒用のパーツが多く、目的に応じて交換して使用できることが最大の理由となりました。

■当社のスプレードライヤーについて気に入っている点をお聞かせください。

バイオ組成物を製造する際にノズルが詰まることがありますが、ニードルが自動的に詰まりを解消してくれるので、研究者は実験と他の作業を同時に行うことができ、時間を有効に使えることが最大の利点です。

■Please tell us about the research conducted in your field.

Pure ltd. is a food tech company that specializes in manufacturing functional raw materials that increase bio-absorption rate and uses natural products to increase absorption rate. We aim to contribute to improving health by producing health functional foods, pharmaceuticals, bio and feed products using original technology to increase bioabsorption rate.

■For what research do you mainly use the spray dryer?

This process is carried out to coat functional raw materials using the encapsulation method, and bio-composition complexes containing functional materials requested by manufacturers are produced into fine particles through spray drying, and samples are delivered to pharmaceutical, bio, and food companies.

■Please tell us why you chose our spray dryer.

The biggest advantage is that it is intuitive and easy to use, and it generates little heat and noise, so it does not interfere even when used in the laboratory. In addition, the biggest reason is that there are additional parts for spray dryers, such as spray dryers for organic solvents, so they can be changed and used to suit the purpose.
