FAQ on Vacuum Pumps (PD102)

	Regarding the oil maintenance, please tell us the guideline of the replacement timing.
	Please check the oil level with the level gauge, and check the color of the oil. The color of the new oil is transparent blown. Please replace the oil if it is cloudy or emulsified. If the vacuum pump is used in the condition where the water or the solvent mixes into the oil, it is recommended to replace the oil periodically.
