Regarding the software specifications, what is the difference of between software for PC98 and software for DOS-V?

The software for "NECPC98" was produced by Yamato Scientific when the customer requested to make in Japanese before. It is expensive and took high cost because we specially made the software in Japan. Regarding the  software for DOS-V, it releases as genuine software of  Cole-Parmer Instrument Company all across the world. So, it takes low cost and the fixed price is cheap. The instruction manual and display are written in English. But there are some software compatible with Windows (Ver.3.1 or later) with its OS be most widespreaded now. We think that the software for Windows is operable.
