We want to connect the membrane filter. The max. discharge pressure of the membrane filter is 2.1kg. Is there any problem if we use 7531-00·L/S16 tube, EASY-LOAD head? We only use 1m of the tube.

The max. discharge pressure of the tube shown in the catalog is the pressure limitation that the tube can withstand, and it is assumed that the notation for the filter is the same. It is predicted that there is no problem at the beginning of the usage, but once the membrane filter is clogged, the pressure is loaded to the tube and the tube might burst in the worst case. Check the flow rate at the beginning, and replace the filter if the flow rate extremely decreases. Check the tube periodically and replace it if the tube is crushed or hardened. Please decide the term of the periodic check after confirming the level of deterioration similarly to the membrane filter.
