Equipment Summary
This system is the vertical type LCD module aging chamber used for quality control
and quality assurance processes. The system is composed of a control panel and
thermostatic chambers with built-in LCD module driver circuits.
To manage a variety of LCD modules, additional computerized control systems are
available upon request as options.
Feature
- Front drawer type loading system for setting LCD modules,facilitating feeding, Discharging and inspection modules.
- The aging system in designed for saving space and maximizing workability.
- Equipped with complete safety devices, Earth leakage breaker, blower, heater burn out, Upper limit temperature alarm, external indicator lamp, heat sensor etc.

| Equipment Summary |
| This in-line aging system is designed for final inspection in
the LCD module process. The system is to find defects of each LCD
module in hot air circumstance. For this inspection, the system
allows LCD modules outputting pattern all the time.The whole system
is controlled by PLC. |
