The Mieux System is an innovative system developed for nano-LC for MS. This system is best suited for proteome, metabolome, and drug metabolism analyses, as well as for high-separation and high-sensitivity analysis.

Gradient pumping exceeding 50 nL/min.
Our unique pumping system can achieve a gradient of 50 nL/min. Direct pumping without using the splitter ensures less change in the flow rate under conditions which produce pressure fluctuations (associated with column exchange), offering stable reproducibility and makes it unnecessary to adjust the split ratio.

Mieux System
    Configuration
Mieux-I Manual injection system. This system enables desalting condensation manually using the trap column. Gradient pump, nano-injection valve with actuator, control software, PC, analytical column, trap column
Mieux-II Auto injection system, which enables gradient analysis after automatic sample injection and desalting. Gradient pump, single pump, auto sampler, trap column valve, control software, PC, analytical column, trap column (*)
Mieux-III Direct injection system, which has been developed for high-sensitivity detection of phosphoric peptides. Gradient pump, single pump, auto sampler (micro specifications), trap column valve, control software, PC, phosphoric peptide analytical column, trap column (*)
Mieux-IV Two-dimensional auto injection system. This on-line two-dimensional system performs the single dimension ion exchange in a stepwise manner and two-dimensional reverse-phase separation and elution based on the gradient set-up. Mieux Spotter System     For MALDI-TOF MS

By connecting with Mieux, this system enables stable spotting at nL level.

Continuous dispensing to multiple plates
  • Mixed operation of various mfr’s MALDI plates and Microplates is possible
Simultaneous automatic addition of matrix solution
  • Sample eluate and matrix added simultaneously from the needle tip by using the dedicated nano pump (Mieux AP)
  • Plate is not damaged by spotting because a non-contact needle is used
  • Spotting of sample solution is possible at 100 nL/min by using a dedicated needle
Operation control by dedicated software
  • Integrated control of the SP system together with the Mieux Nano LC system
  • Dispensing time can be set freely, starting from 5 seconds
  • Dispensing is possible using an external signal from the detector
  • Automatic dispensing time calculation function based on the entered analytical time and number of dispensing steps
