New Board Members of Yamato Express Co.,

| Yamato Express Co., Ltd. starts entering into both capital and
business tie-ups with Noda Transport Co., Ltd. in July 2002 so as
not only to strengthen the cost competition that has emerged from
reviews of Yamato Scientific Group's distribution flow, but also
to target the sales promotion of laboratory furniture all over Japan. |
| The following new board members were appointed on this April 2003
in order to reinforce the capital and business tie-ups far more.
Under those new board members, Yamato Express cooperates to cut distribution
costs from Yamato Scientific Group with advantages that are yielded
by tie-up results-broader range of business affairs & the supplement
of business territories, concerning the better support services for
laboratory furniture sold all over Japan, the regular transportation
and the warehouse storage business. Your supports and good cooperation
are highly appreciated. |
