The exhibition of "SEMICON Japan 2003" has been held at the
place of Makuhari Messe Exhibiton Halls, Event Hall and Conference
Center from December 3 (Wed.) to 5 (Fri.), having the theme of
"New Challenges! Technologies Soaring. Creating the Future".

| We exhibited a surface analyzing equipment and a plasma cleaning
apparatus, which are used for the inspection and analyzing instruments
for the completed products and the manufacturing process of semi-conductors. |

| AT 33rd Internepcon Japan, of which the exhibition will be held
during January 28 (Wed.) to 30 (Fri.), 2004, we will exhibit the
