"SEMICON Japan 2003" will be held at the place of Makuhari Messe Exhibition Halls, Event Hall and Conference Center during December 3 to 5, having the theme of "New Challenges! Technologies Soaring, Creating the Future".

We exhibit the inspection instruments for the completed products and the manufacturing process of semi-conductors. You can expect to obtain the good solutions against what you face at present.
