| Yamato Scientific Co.,Ltd. Minami Alps Factory as subsidiary company for the development and manufacturing of our products, was certified ISO9001 (QMS: Quality Management System) on July 1996 and ISO14001 (EMS: Environmental Management System) in December 1999.The certification has been registered periodically every six months, and the renewal certification has been registered every 3 years. We have successfully implemented the ISO management systems after each registration. |
| During Nov. & Dec. 2003 the most recent periodical registrations of QMS and EMS were approved and certified. |
| Our ongoing goal is to satisfy customers, and to run QMS system smoothly. We have reduced failures and claims from customers and our own shop as a result of our constant efforts.Consequently we have improved product quality and developed new products to meet the ever changing needs and demands of our customers. |
| Regarding EMS system, we conduct environmental audits, which have resulted in favorable evaluations of our ISO performance. |
| We recognize the importance of effectively using the ISO management systems at each step of PDCA management cycle. Result is supplying our customers with the satisfactory and reliable products from our optimum operation and management of both ISO systems. |
