Title of "Corporation Issued from Tokyo Institute of Technology" was conferred on ChemGenesis

Tokyo Institute of Technology conferred the title of "Corporation Issued from Tokyo Institute of Technology" on CehmGenesis (Mr. Yukio Taya, CEO), which was founded on March 2001 by the investment of Yamato Scientific, Tokyo Kasei Kogyo and other 4 companies. This title targeted 16 companies and this was the first time. The applicable qualifications to confer the title are below-mentioned.

The qualification shall be applicable to the corporation out of what are founded on the basis of the new technologies or the business techniques, and the followings are additional:
1)	Using the intellectual property and the patent that are owned by members of the faculty or students of the university.
2)	Using the result achieved or the technique mastered at the university
3)	The case that the student of the university founds the cooperation (including his foundation in a year since his name was struck off the university register.) or the case that he (must be one of founders.) concerns deeply its foundation.
4)	Others(if the president approve.)
